He brought me the best meals even though I was late to their restaurant. He gave great recommendations for some typical Triana tapas. For example, I had a wonderful creative tapa – hot cheese with jam. For dessert he brought me Grandmother's Cake, a family recipe. He told me his grandmother's story and how he loved this cake since he was a little boy. If you want to taste real authentic Triana food come to this place with very cool and respectful people.
